Currently I am developing automotive dealerships online precence and digital services to reach their full potential.
Digital marketing has altered the marketing field in a profound manner. It requires both deep technical knowledge as well as understanding of the fast-evolving customer data. As a technology-oriented data-driven marketer I understand the business-set realities but aim to deliver new ideas and procedures to amplify the marketing efforts. Dialogue between marketing and other business areas has always been a bit of a challenge and the demanding IT requirements of modern-day efficient marketing certainly have not made this any easier.
One of the main reasons why I left Finland and Aalto University for the Netherlands was my growing interest in data-driven and technology-enhanced marketing – I wanted to learn a more technical oriented approach to marketing as I had identified it as my point of interest and also as the probable future of the marketing industry.
In my recent years of professional life, I have acted as a translator between IT, Sales, Other Fields of Business, Board of Directors and the Marketing Team. In my position as a Digital Marketing Manager, I have been pushing Delta Auto towards a more digitalized future. I have translated the high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications, as well as overseen the development and testing. I have also been responsible for the CRM, Marketing Automation Software, Reporting Tools and basically all the tools required by marketing and sales teams for efficient operation. I’ve also been part of the budgeting and selection processes of these tools.
In-person, I am extremely motivated, ambitious, and self-imposed in everything I do. It tells a lot about me that during my initial Digital Marketing Specialist position at Elite Alfred Berg I received two promotions in two years, albeit the difficult market situation. Due to my analytical and technical background, I was named as a product owner of all of the digital customer platforms offered by EAB Group. This required flexible mindset and business understanding as the project management was fast paced with very demanding development requirements of the banking industry. We also had to meet the challenging standards of governmental and institutional marketing and communications.
After my success at Elite Alfred Berg, I was recruited to Delta Auto, one of the largest car dealerships in Finland. At my position as a Digital Marketing Manager, I’ve been able to utilize my skills in Marketing Automation and Data Analytics even further in an extremely challenging environment, given the sheer amount of data and also the unique demands of Car Retail and Service Industry.
Now I work for Hedin Automotive, the Finnish Branch of Hedin Mobility Group, which is one of the biggest mobility service providers in the world. I’m responsible for the development and operations related to Customer Data, B2B sales development (CRM), and Marketing Automation.

I operate as a Lead for Delta Auto’s Digital Develepment and as a Product Owner for the Digital Services aimed for our clientele. In addition to this I am developing Delta Auto’s Marketing towards a more data-driven and automated future at Delta Auto, focusing solely on Digital Marketing.
After my success at Elite Alfred Berg, I was recruited to Delta Auto, one of the largest car dealerships in Finland. At my position as a Digital Marketing Manager, I’ve been able to utilize my skills in Marketing Automation and Digital Development in an extremely challenging environment, given the sheer amount of data and also the unique requirements of the automotive industry.
Currently I am responsible for the development of our company wide marketing automation and CRM among other sales support activities, all aiming to deliver the best possible customer experience across all channels. We use a multitude of partners to help in our marketing efforts and I’ve been responsible for managing the activities done with them.

I was responsible of developing marketing towards a more data-driven and automated future at Elite Alfred Berg. I also worked as a product owner for our products, directly visible for our clientele, such as website, online banking and reporting. In this position I aimed for lean and agile develepment to achieve the best possible customer experience.

Elite Alfred Berg offers a variety of high-quality asset management services to private investors, institutions and professional investors. Our experienced Senior Bankers and Experts serve you personally in 14 locations around Finland. We employ 150 investment professionals and manage assets over 3 billion euros for our 10,000 clients. Elite Alfred Berg was born in August 2017, when Elite Asset Management Plc made the biggest transaction of its history and acquired Alfred Berg’s operations in Finland. Integration of the companies has proceeded as planned, and in the beginning of 2018, we started to use the name Elite Alfred Berg.
The name of our parent company, Elite Asset Management Plc, was changed to EAB Group Plc in April 2018. We have signed the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. We report annually on how we have implemented and contributed to accountability issues related to our operations. Our operations are supervised by Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland.
